Like
all aspects of life, technology has an increasing involvement
in our life. Dentistry is no different. The use of modern
equipment allows us to detect oral disease earlier and
hence treat earlier. It allows us to place more aesthetic
restorations and to help create and maintain beautiful
smiles.
We have been using digital xrays since
1998. This has the benefit to the patient of reducing
the dose of radiation used, and through the use of the
computer, providing instantaneous, clear, enlarged images
for
the patient and dentist to view any dental problems.
